Madame Web

A paramedic develops the ability to see glimpses of the future after a near-death accident.

Madame Web is a tangled mess. The capable cast are given web-solutely nothing to work with as they're forced to deliver bland dialogue while somehow managing to keep a straight face. The plot of this production has been spun in the wrong direction, and the characters make decisions that are nothing more than nonsensical, hollow attempts to propel the film forward. The villain is laughable, has ludicrous motives and features in boring action sequences that have no consequences. An unworthy and unwelcome addition to the Spiderverse. Toxic.
