Who doesn't love a good underdog story, especially when it’s true? Sure, there are a few typical tropes that are cliche to the 'big business' genre, but solid pacing and an engaging narrative make them easy to forgive. The whole film is unashamedly 80s, unashamedly American, and unashamedly fun. We're even privy to a history lesson about the origins of Nike along the way. Worth checking out... this ain’t no airball.
