A family comes under threat when a group of doppelgängers appear in their driveway.

"Us" offers very little in context, instead favouring style and verve to deliver scares. The movie hurls its audience through a jumble of nightmares, taunting the victims with bold red garbs and sharp scissors. Unfortunately, without any clues to the premise, the suspense ultimately loses its punch, despite excellent performances from the cast (and their distorted doubles). Deliberate titters help to break the tension, but don't be fooled, this is a pure horror made to provoke your inner fears. Be afraid of us.
