The Sisters Brothers

In Oregon in the 1850s, Charlie and Eli Sisters are guns hired by the Commodore to hunt down a gold prospector accused of stealing from him.

Saddle up for a trek with a couple of sharp-shooting brothers as they traverse gold rush country. There are a couple of stellar acting performances, bringing both the era and situation to life. The adventure is real, as neither the siblings nor the audience knows what to expect next. "The Sisters Brothers", in addition to being about familial bonds, is a tale of greed and tragedy peppered with extraordinary gun battles and the odd epiphany. Wandering stars.
