A man takes his family on a road trip across America when his secret identity is blown.
"The Family Plan" is a silly adventure romp that's a little bit too long. There's a bit of everything in this production - action, espionage and family drama. What's odd is that even with all that's going on, the whole thing is surprisingly generic. The cast are capable and have good chemistry together, but some odd cameos and product placements make things feel a bit too corporate. There's nothing particularly fresh or exciting about the way the film unfolds, but it's entertaining enough. Everyone throws up the first time.
