The Day Shall Come

Comedy

The FBI hatch a plan to entrap a delusional preacher by fuelling his revolutionary dreams.

"The Day Shall Come" is a satirical comedy about the shortcomings of U.S. homeland security and its judicial process. It serves as both an allegory and an indictment, mocking the system for its pure absurdity. The farcical nature of the narrative elicits the most amusement, but therein lies the great tragedy. Despite suffering from pacing issues, the zany characters and their ridiculous story arcs entice the audience into bouts of laughter, only to leave them with a realisation that is both profound and sad. Not all lives matter.
