A documentary about books and the eccentric, single-minded people who buy and sell them.

If you didn't know there was more to books than reading them then prepared to be delighted. "The Booksellers" is an encounter with people who live and breathe the printed page: readers, sellers, collectors, writers, traders. Meet beings who, for the most part, don't do what they do for the money. Rather, their passion is all-consuming. There are no bells and whistles on the screen, but enjoy a cosy exploration that could use more on-screen tags to identify who's who. A page-turner.
