Rocky Mountain Christmas

After a recent break-up, Sarah heads to her uncle's struggling ranch in Colorado for the holidays where she meets and falls in love with a movie star.

"Rocky Mountain Christmas" almost manages to convince you that it's a heartwarming story, but not quite. The actors seem to be very aware that they're in a romantic comedy, and at times you can almost see them thinking about their next line before they say it. Their love story is bland, unexciting and easy to dismiss. Worst of all is that this holiday production doesn't seem to know how snow works, as it's always sort of wafting through the frames but never seeming to fall onto any of the characters.
