Cassie and Luke couldn't be more opposite, but to benefit them both they get married before Luke is deployed overseas.

"Purple Hearts" is an endearing marriage of convenience tale. At its heart, this is a slow-burning love story, with believable chemistry between the leads; but it's also a story of discovering what you can do in life without the burden of healthcare debt boxing you in. Some of the supporting cast are trying a little bit too hard, with their plot points not serving much purpose except to sprinkle additional drama. What's nice is that this film doesn't wrap everything up nicely in a big red bow, instead it's a little messy, just like real life. Come back home.
