The story of psychologist William Marston, his polyamorous relationship with his wife and mistress, the creation of his comic book character Wonder Woman, and the controversy the comic generated.

This elegantly layered story confronts through themes of love, relationships, psychology, and pleasure. The central characters are highly intelligent, and their polyamory is an affront to the heteronormative status quo. The scenes are tantalising, simple, and connected. Weaving in the Wonder Woman narratives and images provide a welcome break from the often banal, hyperactive superhero films. A wonderful experiment for love.
