IFF: Perfect Strangers

As seven friends sit down to dinner, they agree to place their phones on the table and share all messages and calls that arrive during the meal.

"Perfect Strangers" is a modern take on keeping and sharing secrets, comic with a callous edge. The clever premise is over-played as each new communication casts a spotlight on something further that the friends didn't know about each other. The cast are accomplished in their roles, their authenticity enables us to laugh along. There is not a lot to like about the characters though as secrets are exposed. Imperfect friends.
