"Outside The Wire" is a below-average action flick. Everything about this film has been done before, leaving the narrative unable to claw itself out of a pit of mediocrity. The storyline is a mish-mash of morality lessons, warnings about technology, and the pointlessness of war, but it never quite knows which should be the main focus. Our leading men are insufferable, the fight sequences are adequate but feature far too many quick edits, and the production as a whole is unremarkable. Stay outside.
