Amy has a plan to propose to her boyfriend on leap day in Dublin, but has many issues finding her way there.

"Leap Year" is a cute and witty romantic comedy. Our leading lady is painted as a stereotypical idiotic American, educated about the ways of Ireland by her unlikely savior, a grumpy local pub owner. Their misadventures on their way from Dingle to Dublin are filled with hilarious and completely avoidable problems, but seeing them experience and overcome each issue is part of the charm of the story. Dialogue mirroring, wistful longing glances and many tropes help show off the chemistry between the characters as they meander across the countryside. Okay, Bob.
