Young boy and devout Nazi Jojo finds out his mother is hiding a Jewish girl in their home.
"Jojo Rabbit" is a heartfelt tale of mother and son, set in a satirical mirror of Nazi Germany. Just like its young protagonist, the film struggles with its identity. It hops between an exploration of propaganda on children, a middling satire of Hitler, and an odd romance fixed on infatuation more than love. While the tender family moments are well observed, the rest is a little noisy and doesn't make a lot of sense considering the context. Yoyo Rabbit.
