Eight long term friends, all approaching 40, gather for a weekend at a villa on a Finnish lakeside where the sun doesn't set.

It's good to gather with friends as experienced in "Games People Play", where the trip away has a relaxed feel but is interspersed with surprises to maintain interest. The handheld camera rolls with the conversation appropriately, as the characters roll with liberal swigs of alcohol. Confidences are disclosed as friend betrays friend and emotions run high; even so, this movie sags in the middle and starts to feel like it could stretch to fill an entire weekend before neatly finishing.
