Foe

As Junior and Hen farm a family property while struggling with the realised impacts of climate change, a stranger arrives with a government offer they're not able to turn down.

Foe asks a lot of audiences; it's hard to watch a movie without knowing what's happening while a storyline is only hinted at. All is revealed by the end, though a little late with interest already lost and the running time seeming to drag on. The two lead actors are undaunted by not having much to work with, giving the production their all without quite counterbalancing the plot holes and inconsistencies. The future is dull.
