The story of Eric and Rose - from their meeting in Hamilton in 1966, to their separation in the 1980s - accompanied by contemporary renditions of hit songs of New Zealand.

A lot of effort is apparent in the retro details; the cars, the wardrobe, and authentic interiors. It's just the sort of quaint one might find special about New Zealand. The story is a bit hollow though, it's purportedly based in reality but stretches credibility to a level where you want to stand up out of the audience and shake some sense into the characters. Thankfully, it's redeemed by great music tracks. Bloom!
