Bombshell

During the lead up to the 2016 US election, the CEO of Fox News faces accusations of sexual harassment from women who work for him.

This story is a political blockbuster, a big complicated showdown. "Bombshell" is unflinching in the telling of actual events while remaining mightily entertaining. Interest is carried by the three lead actors, each superb in her characterisation of the people who were involved, although one is an amalgam of women intimidated by the boss. We readily recognise the wrongdoer as a boorish dinosaur, but this is recent history and a reminder to keep blasting away at unreasonable workplace treatment. #Me22.
