Bird Box

After an unseen force has swept the world and driven all who have encountered it to suicide, a mother and her children make a desperate attempt to reach a safe haven.

"Bird Box" is a very well put together thriller. It's dramatic, suspenseful and has just enough gore to keep things interesting. The cast deliver impeccable performances as they portray the best and worst of human nature in a world gone mad. Unfortunately, the production suffers from being a little long-winded and the finale is less than stellar. Overall this film is frightening in all the right ways. Don't take off your blindfold.
