Aquaman

Arthur Curry is a man stuck between two worlds, land and sea, and with war imminent, he must choose a side.

"Aquaman" is an enjoyable dip in the sea. It's got all the classic parts of a comic book adaptation; multiple bad guys, a believable self-discovery arc, and a smattering of romance. Everyone plays their part to perfection and even though it borders on cheesy at times, the overall tone has a nuance to it that impresses. However, the first third of the film is very badly lit which will leave you trawling for details in some of the action sequences, and the characters' CGI hair is incredibly distracting. A swimming good time.
