A lawyer and his firm take on the job of deciding how much each person who lost their lives in the September 11 attacks is worth.

"Worth" is a meticulously crafted, emotionally exhausting journey. Because this production is based on a true story, the scenes of gut-wrenching testimony hit especially hard and are almost too much at points. The cast does an amazing job of bringing this devastating story to life, and our leading man is particularly good; his portrayal showcasing a particular amount of light and shade, adding a real sense of humanity to what he and his team are doing. The running time is a little long, but overall this is a well constructed and affecting film. Worth it.
