"The Incredible Jessica James" is an entertaining indie offering. It sits somewhere above a television show and just squeaks in as a movie. It's predictable fare, the civilities of dating and navigating exiting relationships while entering into new ones. The lead actor steals the show with her high-watt performance as she plays out the travails of creative people trying to "make it here" in the Big Apple. The production is buoyant while not breaking any new ground.
