The Good Boss

Problems mount in Blanco's weigh-scale factory as he tries to smooth over problems in order to win an award for business excellence.

Corporate power is under the spotlight but the tone errs on the congenial, leading towards the farcical, where it might have been more satirical. The boss is a superficially good guy, with little idea of what it's like to work for him. It's up to his employees to lead him to some truths about his patronising management style. There are many subplots in "The Boss" to get involved in, and it's plenty of fun though the run time is a little long. Good, better, bad.
