When 'gifted' porn actor and moocher Mikey Saber hits the bottom of the barrel, he catches a bus from LA to his hometown in Texas but he's not embraced.

It takes some amount of unearned privilege to be able to lean back in a cinema seat and watch a story of life in the margins of small-town America and then consider it as art, or entertainment. Well filmed and cleverly cast to portray witless characters living on the edge of desperation, funny moments ensue. Call it social realism but it reeks of poverty porn, pun intended. More shameless than humorous. More flaccid than virile.
