One Fine Morning

In Paris, a philosophy professor suffering from a degenerative brain condition can no longer live alone, and his daughter searches for a suitable nursing home.

The simple narrative line of "One Fine Morning" will be close to home for many boomers, a deeply personal story. A man gradually loses his faculties and faces his coming death while his daughter represses her own needs to step into the role of searching for care options. Their relationship is painfully observed, and it's heartbreaking to watch a daughter dismantling her father's home, library, books, and objects. There's also a lot of love; a heart stretching with what can be held while it's breaking.
