"Cryptopia" is a fascinating film concerning a niche subject. There are plenty of buzz-words in the crypto world, and this documentary does its absolute best to explain the topic in layman's terms. The first and final acts of the production are the most educational, walking the viewer slowly through proceedings via handy interludes with easy-to-follow animations. However, the middle section is less accessible, packed with jargon and harder to digest information. Overall this is a documentary that will teach, delight, surprise and only slightly befuddle. Never break the chain.
